When I arrived, I was happy to find out that I had been upgraded to a higher room category for free due to unavailability, which was a great surprise. The bed was extremely comfortable and provided me with a good night's rest, making me feel refreshed the next day. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the kids play area, which was well-maintained and safe for children to play in. Additionally, I appreciated how clean the room was, and the cozy sofas provided a comfortable seating area. The central air conditioning system ensured that the room was always at a comfortable temperature, which was perfect for the hot weather.

The location of the hotel was excellent as it was close to many local shops and services. the staff were alright and they offered a parking space for our car. We also enjoyed the air conditioning in our room which was refreshing after spending time outdoors in the hot weather.

Our romantic escape at this hotel was not as pleasant as we had hoped. the cleanliness of the room was disappointing and the service was poor.
